Deploy the yield vault state UTxO

Creates the single ledger UTxO every deposit, accrual, and redemption balances against, and fixes the operator committee.

Witness the vault validator with a first deposit

The Stage 3 vault validator has no state UTxO — it only appears on chain once a transaction pays into its address. A small self-owned deposit deploys and proves it; you can withdraw it afterwards from the portfolio.

Verify on chain

Reads the vault address back through Blockfrost. Preprod blocks take ~20 seconds, so this may report nothing found for a moment after submitting.

Publish reference scripts

Each validator is published once into its own UTxO at the dedicated reference-script address, so later transactions can point at it instead of carrying the full script. Publishing spends real ADA into a UTxO that must never be spent again — the server re-derives and re-checks the script on chain before recording anything.

The reference-script home address is still the Step 0 placeholder. Set it before publishing.
